If you are interested in yoga workshops at your workplace, you are in the right place. I offer sessions tailored to the needs of employees. One-day trainings or regular classes. Based on mindfulness, breathing techniques, exercises to improve concentration, including elements of relaxation. In Polish and English. Yoga and meditation positively contribute to well-being, improved mental health and the elimination of tension. These are key tools that allow you to relax and at the same time increase your energy level. These workshops combine yoga practice with elements of meditation and breathing exercises to help achieve balance and relaxation in the work environment. During the workshops, participants will learn effective breathing techniques that will help reduce stress and improve concentration. They will also learn asanas, or yoga positions, which will strengthen the body, relax and improve its flexibility. The workshops will end with a relaxing meditation that will calm the mind. Duration depending on needs: sessions 30 min to 1.5 h.
