Service Description

Group classes and workshops in various spaces and yoga studios in Wrocław. The level of classes is adapted to the participants, so everyone is welcome. Shared practice: Monday at 7pm - Tree of Life Tuesday at 8pm - online Wednesday at 7:30pm - Tree of Life weekends at the Monopol Hotel and Odra Centrum - information in the "yoga workshops" tab. Tuesdays at 8pm - online classes via zoom - you can join from anywhere. The link to the recorded classes is valid for a week.
